My go-to drink at Starbucks is the Cinnamon Dolce Latte made with Coconut Milk. I don’t visit Starbucks often anymore, primarily because I have figured out to make a healthier version of my favorite taste in a protein shake.

HEALTHY CINNAMON DOLCE LATTE PROTEIN SHAKE RECIPE
- 1/2 cup strongly brewed coffee – chilled
- 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
- 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder
- 1 small frozen ripe banana (optional)
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
- dash of nutmeg
Place all ingredients into your favorite blender, blend and you have a healthy protein shake that will give you energy to make it through the morning or as a post work out recovery drink.
This has become my morning go-to shake! I feel like I am having a treat yet it is packed with nutrients, protein and of course, my morning coffee!
